Dinner at the Lawrence Hall of Science

Grace Street Catering worked together with Marjorie Randell-Silver, event planner and owner of Copper Leaf Productions to put together a vibrant event at the Lawrence Hall of Science achiveing an extraordinary “Heroes of Science” atmosphere.

Wild Salmon Salad with fennel salsa and new potatoes 

Grilled Filet Mignon with artichokes, english peas and crème fraîche
artisan breads, house-made breadsticks and flatbreads with sweet butter

 Cherry-Frangipane Tartlets
 Scharffenberger Chocolate Ice Cream Cones

And of course, the evening would not have been complete without a performance by The Myrthlings.
